Communications of the ICISA: An International Journal (ISSN: 1533-2454) is the official publication of the International Chinese Information Systems Association (http://www.icisa.info/). The editors invite prospective authors to submit original manuscripts for possible publication in the coming 2014 issue of Communications of the ICISA. All manuscripts will be reviewed through a double-blind review process. On average, the review process takes about SIX WEEKS to finish. To be considered for the upcoming issue of the journal, submissions must be received by March 31, 2014. Please see attached document for more details.
